... and we look for crossing of moving averages (Mar 12, 3:45 = 12, 3:45 sounds good :^)
Aah, but if we use ADX (which is a measure of investor sentiment), and identify the minimum from 1973-1974,
then we got our bottom last April when ADX = -80% (and we're on the way UP)
